Inspired by the famous, deeply chocolate cake everyone knows and loves. Our Brooklyn Blackout Pie is for serious chocolate lovers only! It starts with our hand-rolled chocolate cookie crust; then a layer of bittersweet ganache topped with a thin layer of chocolate-cookie crunch, which is slathered with semisweet chocolate custard. A thin layer of black cocoa custard glazes the top, to be followed by crumbled chocolate cake "streusel." A confection worthy of Obsidian Blackbird McKnight's approval.
